CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Absolutely, within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs will be at your own expense. Please contact us to make a return.
KAN IK MIJN BESTELLING ANNULEREN?
If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, it is possible to cancel it free of charge. It is important to contact us as soon as possible to arrange this. If the order is already on its way, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it. However, once you have received the order, it is possible to return the package to us.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN CAN I EXPECT IT?
We aim to dispatch your package within 24 hours of ordering, and often the same day. Shipments within the Netherlands are generally delivered the next working day. Shipments abroad usually have a delivery time of 2-3 days.
